<p>SALES-ACTION FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT-TENDER OF BILL OF SALE ON TRIAL-HARMLESS ERROR.</p> <p>In an action to recover tbe price of a vessel which defendant bad contracted to purchase, tbe action of tbe court in permitting plaintiff to tender a bill of sale at tbe trial and file tbe same in court was not prejudicial, where tbe bill of sale bad been tendered at tbe time of tbe offer to deliver tbe vessel and tbe refusal to accept tender at that time was merely an incident of the refusal to receive tbe delivery of tbe vessel.</p>
