<p>Mandamus — Jurisdiction of this Court. — As this court has no appellate jurisdiction over a judgment of a County Court rendered on appeal from a fine of less than $100 imposed by a justice of the peace, it is not. clear that it has jurisdiction, by mandamus, to supervise the action of the County Court in such cases, even when such action was purely ministerial. If such action was not ministerial, but judicial, this court is not invested, with such supervisory power.</p>
