<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>1. A vendor failing to comply with his obligation to execute a deed to a purchaser who has paid the price, is properly placed in default by a written demand for performance. B. G. G.} 1911.</p> <p>2. Upon the resolution of a sale for failure of the vendor to comply with his obligation to execute a deed to the purchaser, the latter is entitled to recover the purchase price paid and the disbursements made for taxes,. with interest thereon from the date when said payments and disbursements were made.</p>
