<p>Bankruptcy (§ 167*) — Preferences by Partners — Recovery of Conveyance.</p> <p>A trustee in bankruptcy may not recover a conveyance of partnership property as a preference, unless it is shown that the partners as individuals were insolvent at the time of the conveyance.</p> <p>[Ed.
