<p>Amendment — STew cause oe action. — Suit was brought on a promissory note by plaintiff as executor. By amendment, over two years after the institution of the suit, plaintiff alleged that defendant had converted to his own use a horse, for which the note had been executed, and asked judgment for the value of the horse. To this the defendant pleaded limitation. Meld, That the amendment set up a new and different cause of action, against which limitation ran . until the filing of the amendment.</p>
