<p>Resulting Trusts—Parol evidence—Case at bar.—Where the trust does not arise upon the face of the deed, but is raised upon the payment of the purchase money that creates a trust that is to override the deed, the proof must be very clear ; and mere parol evidence ought to be received with great caution. The evidence in the case here does not meet the requirements of this rule.</p>
