<p>Landlord and Tenant — Lease—Necessity oe Execution.</p> <p>Where, in a preliminary agreement for the lease of real estate, whether such agreement be verbal or in writing, it is stipulated that the lease shall be reduced to writing, the contract of lease is not completed until the writing is made and signed, and until then either party may withdraw.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
