Syllabus

<p>1. Masteb and Servant. W7to are servants.</p> <p>An adult daughter living with her parents as a member of the family is not in the absence of contract, either express or implied, a servant of the parent.</p> <p>2. Same.</p> <p>To make a person liable in damages for injury inflicted in the operation of an=automobile, first, the relation of master and servant must exist, and second, the ear must have been used at the time of the injury in the course of the master’s business.</p>
