Syllabus
Ineffective assistance of counsel failure to object. Trial counsel was not ineffective for failing to object to certain testimony presented in the state's case-in-chief. It is within the court's discretion whether to admit leading questions on direct examination, and, because this case was tried to the bench, we presume the court did not rely on inadmissible hearsay.
