Woodford v. Woodford

Citations

  • 2022 Ohio 3656

Syllabus

Trial court's failure to attach child support worksheet in support of downward deviation was clear error, and where the record failed to provide sufficient detail allowing appellate court to review propriety and amount of award in the absence of the worksheet, and where parties failed to identify evidence in the record that would have justified the award. Assignments of error regarding trial court's evidentiary rulings, award of shared parenting, and attorney fees lack merit and are overruled. Judgment reversed and cause remanded for failure to attach child support worksheet.
