The plaintiff appealed from the trial court's judgment for the defendant condominium unit owner in its foreclosure action for the defendant's alleged nonpayment of common fees. The plaintiff claimed that the court improperly concluded that it had not met its burden of proof. Held: The trial court's finding that the plaintiff did not satisfy its burden of proving that the defendant had failed to pay common charges for her unit was not clearly erroneous because it was supported by the evidence presented at trial.
