<p>Arbitration — Vacancies in the board, of arbitration — Revocation.</p> <p>Where a submission to arbitration makes no provision for filling vacancies in the board of arbitration, a vacancy caused by the refusal of one of the arbitrators to act revokes the submission.</p>
