<p>Corporations—Stock—Options—Construction. An option to buy 100,000 shares of mining stock, to be taken and paid for in such sums and amounts as may- be required in the development of the company’s mine, without any limit as to time, was terminated when the mine by a discovery and shipment of ore became profitable and needed nothing for its development.</p>
