<p>Road law — Abandoned turnpike — Repairs—Supervisors—Counties — Statutes—Constitutional law.</p> <p>The Acts of April 20, 1905, P. L. 237, and April 25, 1907, P. L. 104, requiring counties to repair abandoned turnpike roads are constitutional, and are not in violation of tbe provisions of tbe Constitution relating to titles of statutes or uniformity of taxation.</p> <p>Tbe Act of May 10, 1909, P. L. 499, repealing tbe Acts of April 20, 1905, P. L. 237, and April 25, 1907, P. L. 104, was itself repealed by tbe Act of March 15,1911, P. L. 21, and sueb repeal reenacted tbe Acts of' 1905 and 1907.</p>
