<p>Parties — Misjoinder.,</p> <p>Where the receiver of an alleged insolvent corporation sued 40 different stockholders for different sums of money alleged to be due by them respectively for the unpaid purchase price of stock acquired under different circumstances, held, that the suit was properly dismissed on an exception of misjoinder of parties defendant.
