<p>Notice. Mortgage to secure note. Omission of amount.</p> <p>The failure of a mortgage to recite the amount of a note which it is given to secure will not subordinate it to creditors who have no actual nolice of the mortgage. Witczinshi v. JEverman, 51 Miss. 841.</p>
