Syllabus

<p>1. Exceptions alleging no specific errors are too general and indefinite for consideration.</p> <p>2. Entry and Egress. — Charge in regard to the doctrine that a right to enter upon the lands of another carries with it the right of egress, was correct.</p> <p>3. RES Judicata — Estopped.—An issue once adjudicated in a cause, by a Court of competent jurisdiction, cannot again be litigated between the same parties or their privies, in a suit on the same or a different cause of action.</p>
