Syllabus

The trial court did not err by dismissing appellant's pro se complaint under Civ.R. 12(B)(6) for failing to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Appellant's two-sentence complaint states no claim for relief. Even if the complaint could be liberally construed as stating a claim under the Consumer Sales Practices Act as appellant contends, it fails to set forth a \consumer transaction\ within the scope of the act. Judgment affirmed.
