<p>Trusts and trustees — Confession of judgments — Execution.</p> <p>Where a trustee under a will confesses judgment as trustee in a transaction in which the trust estate is not interested, and from which it derives no benefit, the property and assets of the trust estate cannot be sold on execution on the judgment.</p>
