<p>Parol Evidence—Joint and several bonds—Principal or surety—Case at bar.—■ Of two obligors in a joint and several bond, the last made a trust deed, preferring his individual to his security debts. Assets proving insufficient to pay both, parol evidence was admitted to determine to which •class the bond belonged. Held, no error.</p>
