<p>Removal op Causes — Amendment op Petition — Power op Court to Allow. Where, in a petition for removal, counsel through misinformation erroneously stated the citizenship of the plaintiff, the federal court may permit an amendment after removal accurately'stating the fact so as to show that the court has jurisdiction.
