<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Pleadings — Amendment —• Departure —• Limitation of Actions. An amended pleading- containing a definite statement of facts concerning a material matter, not in conflict with a general averment respecting the same subject contained in the original petition, should not be held to state a new cause of action; it is only an amplification of the facts constituting the one first pleaded.</p>
