<p>Foreign attachment — Foreign corporation — Debt.</p> <p>A nonresident of Pennsylvania in a suit in this state against another nonresident, may issue a foreign attachment and summon as garnishee a foreign corporation registered in this state and owing a debt to the defendant.</p>
