Syllabus
<p>Where plaintiff's grantor consented to the platting of a city,' which included a part of his laud in a highway, and himself used and recognized the highway, and permitted the public to use it, and to expend large sums in improving it, and in a protest to the city to the macadamizing of the street he distinctly recognized it as belonging to the public, such facts eonsitute sufficient evidence of a dedication.</p>
