<p>Equity Jurisdiction. Multiplicity of suits. Injunction.</p> <p>An equity court has jurisdiction, because of a multiplicity of suits, to enjoin and try as one a large number of suits, depending on the same facts, against a railroad company by plaintiffs who were passengers on the same train, each suing for damages resulting from its alleged unreasonable delay.</p>
