Syllabus
<p>Assignment for Benefit of Creditors — Bond of Trustee — Attachment.</p> <p>Where, after an assignment for the benefit of creditors has been executed and recorded, but before a bond has been filed by the trustee, as required by Code, Art. 16, section 205, an attachment is laid upon the property of the debtors, the lien of such attachment is not affected by the subsequent filing of the bond.</p>
