<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Practice, Supreme Court — Defective Brief — Dismissal. When the brief of a plaintiff in error ignores the requirements of rule 10 of this court and makes no specific allegation of error, and objects generally to instructions of the court without setting the same out in full, as required by the same rule, this court will, in its discretion, dismiss the case.</p>
