Syllabus

<p>Vendor and Purchaser — Breach — Foeeeituee— Waiver. The settlement of a suit to forfeit a contract for the sale of land for default in the payment of installments, and the acceptance of back payments due at that time, does not waive the vendor’s right to insist upon a forfeiture upon a subsequent default, the vendor at all times having insisted upon a compliance with the terms of the contract.</p>
