Reported Opinion and Order DENYING [22] government&039;s motion to dismiss; DENYING [22] government&039;s Motion for Judgment on the Administrative Record; GRANTING [24] Plaintiff&039;s Cross Motion for Judgment on the Administrative Record. Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is directed to enter final JUDGMENT for Plaintiff. This matter is hereby REMANDED to the Army Review Boards Agency ("ARBA") for further action not inconsistent with this opinion and order. The ARBA shall comply with this remand order including deciding whether the Army will correct Mr. Wheless&039;s records based on the Army Board for Correction of Military Records&039;s decision on or before Friday, June 30, 2026
