<p>Costs — Appeal from justice — Recovery of less sum, before arbitrators.</p> <p>On an appeal by plaintiff from a judgment of the justice, where the plaintiff recovers less in an award of arbitrators than he did before the justice, the costs incident to the appeal must be paid by the plaintiff under the Act of April 9, 1833, P. L. 480.</p>
