Syllabus

The trial court did not err in awarding summary judgment to appellee on his claims of conversion of a car engine and riffle. As appellant failed to file a transcript of the jury trial held to determine damages, the appellate court had nothing to review and had no choice but to presume the regularity and validity of the lower court's proceedings and affirm.
