Syllabus

<p>A deed of trust conveying all the agricultural products cultivated and gathered by the grantor, or which may accrue to him from rents, wages and shares of the crop of a specified year then current. on lands leased from a person named, is not void for uncertainty of description because it fails to designate the state or county in which the leased lands are situated.</p>
