<p>Public officers — County treasurer — Compensation—Commission on taxes collected for the Commonwealth.</p> <p>A county treasurer of a county containing more than 150,000 inhabitants, and therefore salaried, is entitled to commissions on taxes collected for the Commonwealth, in addition to his salary.</p>
