<p>Telegraphs and Telephones. Liability for disclosure of messages. Immoral transactions.</p> <p>A telegraph company cannot he held liable in damages for the disclosure of the contents of a message, where the object of the message was for the purpose of promoting an illegal or immoral act.</p>
