Whether the trial court erred in concluding that a lis pendens was \groundless\ and awarding damages and attorney fees under A.R.S. § 33-420, when the recording party of the lis pendens had a claim against the member of an LLC arising from a dissolution action, but the LLC, which owned the real property, was not joined as a party in that action.
