<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>The sub-lease herein is a new contract. The lessor is not a party to the sub-lease and the sub-leasee is not a party to the original lease. ■</p> <p>There is no contractual relation between the sub-lessee and the owner or lessor, giving a right of action to the latter against the former.</p>
