Syllabus

<p>Evidence — Expert—Handwriting—Microscopist—Photographer.</p> <p>Experts in microscopy or photography are not required to be experts in handwriting in order to qualify them to testify to special facts within the range of their particular scientific investigation.</p> <p>Evidence — ■Sealed instrument — Promissory note.</p> <p>Where in an action on a sealed promissory note it is claimed that the seal was added after the execution of the note, it is for the jury to determine under all the evidence of conflicting character, whether the seal was genuine. In such a case it is unimportant that the usual attestation clause was lacking from the body of the note.</p>
