<p>Taxation — Foreclosure op Lien — Summons — Description of Property — Sufficiency. A summons for publication in a tax foreclosure proceeding does not describe the property with reasonable accuracy where a lot is described as in “Syndicate Add,” without giving the name of any city or town, and there are in the county several syndicate additions; and judgment of foreclosure is void, where the description appears differently in the summons, judgment and deed, and the owner had no notice of the proceeding and had paid taxes for the last ten years.</p>
