<p>Justice’s Court—Appeal—Payment of Costs—Costs of Respondent.—A party appealing from a justice’s court must pay all fees of the justice, including those on the trial incurred by the respondent as well as by the appellant, and those on appeal, before the justice can be compelled to forward the papers to the clerk of the superior court.</p>
