Syllabus

<p>No appeal lies to this court from a decree of a Circuit Court of the United States, ordering that the decree of the Circuit Court of Appeals in a suit for a perpetual iujunction against infringement of a copyright be made a decree of the Circuit Court to which it was sent down with a mandate after hearing on appeal from the Circuit Court.</p>
