<p>County court—act giving exclusive jurisdiction unconstitutional. So much of the act of April 5, 1872, entitled “An act to increase the jurisdiction of county courts,” as attempts to give these courts exclusive jurisdiction over misdemeanors, is unconstitutional.</p>
