Syllabus

<p>Warranty Deed. SvAt for purchase money. Recoupment.</p> <p>In a suit by a grantor for the purchase money of land conveyed by general warranty the grantee:</p> <p>O) May recoup damages sustained by reason of expenses incurred by him in getting possession of the land; but</p> <p>(6) Is not entitled to credit for the costs of store fixtures purchased by him from the occupant to induce a surrender of the premises.</p>
