<p>It appearing that this cause was brought here for delay only, the court dismisses it on motion of the defendant in error, and awards damages at the rate of ten per cent a year.</p> <p>A motion made by the plaintiff in error after the entry of such judgment to appear and for leave to file a brief comes too late.</p>
