<p>Wills — Undue Influence — Evidence.</p> <p>Undue influence is influence exerted upon the testator to such a degree as to have the effect of force or coercion by which his free agency is destroyed.</p> <p>A will disposing of most of testator’s property in favor of a charity, held not to be the result of undue influence exercised by his housekeeper in hostility to his heirs and next of kin.</p>
