<p>.CORPORATIONS. Process. Service. Return.</p> <p>Under Code 1906, § 3932, providing that a summons against a corporation may be served on designated officers of the defendant, a return of service on an individual without showing him to be in any way connected with the corporation is insufficient to support a judgment by default, and the court cannot go outside of the record to ascertain what connection, if any, he had with the defendant.</p>
