Syllabus
<p>The evidence in this case was held to be more than a scintilla, and the case having been submitted without error on the part of the court, and the jury having arrived at its verdict through the exercise of its right to pass upon the credibility of witnesses, the supreme court will not reverse the judgment entered upon the verdict, although they may think that the weight of the evidence was with the party against whom the verdict was rendered.</p>
