In this post conviction relief (PCR) action, Petitioner Carrol Tremayne Washington assigns error to the PCR court's dismissal of his PCR application, wherein he alleged ineffective assistance of counsel because trial counsel failed to object to the solicitor's closing argument that improperly vouched for the complaining witness. We reverse.
