<p>Road law — Boroughs—Streets—Connecting streets — Paving—Acts of May SI, 1897, P. L. 114, and May 7,1907, P. L. 168.</p> <p>The paving of a borough street in front of a single property for 130 feet by the owner thereof, while the balance of the street remains unpaved and unimproved is not a sufficient paving and improving of the street to confer authority upon the borough to pave a connecting street less than 1,000 feet in length without a petition of the abutting property owners, under the Act of May 31, 1897, P. L. 114, and its.amendment of May 7, 1907, P. L. 168, and have the costs of the paving, or part thereof, assessed upon the abutting property by a jury of view.</p>
