Syllabus

<p>1. Evidence. Declarations. Bes gestee.</p> <p>The declarations of the actors, made in the progress of a transaction, constitute a part of the res gestee, and are admissible in evidence.</p> <p>2. Same. Supreme court practice.</p> <p>The exclusion of such evidence, when not clearly cumulative, will constitute reversible error.</p>
