Syllabus

During the hearing on appellant's motion to terminate or modify spousal support, the trial court did not err in excluding some of appellant's evidence and dismissing a witness that related to appellee's alleged cohabitation with an unrelated adult. The trial court did not abuse its discretion in failing to find cohabitation for purposes of terminating spousal support. Nor did the trial court abuse its discretion in failing to modify appellant's support obligation. Judgment affirmed.
